Bio:
Jamie Lin is a Digital Compositor, 3D Artist, Graphic Designer, and also a House DJ & Vocalist. She's one of those rare few who graduated college at age 18 -- then immediately entered the video game industry doing 3D art and animation. By the time Jamie was 23, she'd worked on things such as course design/modeling at EA for their Tiger Woods PGA Tour Golf 2001 and PGA Tour Golf - Arcade. For Sony, she provided texturing & animation on the Playstation Underground & Official Playstation Magazines discs. More work for EA included Animation for James Bond 007 Agent Under Fire E3 Promo trailer. For Sega, she provided motion capture cleanup animation & texturing for their World Series Baseball 2K3. Some of Jamie's other projects include freelance photography, fashion design, and consulting.

As a DJ, Jamie Lin has graced the sound systems of the world-class clubs such as San Francisco's Ruby Skye, 1015, Temple, Mighty, and The Endup, to name a few. Her sound is house -- funky & techy, and she also likes to drop some dirty electro when the time is just right. She's also a resident DJ & Designer with Opulent Temple -- one of the biggest and baddest sound camps at Burning Man. Through her work with Opulent Temple, she's had the chance to open for major acts such as Carl Cox, DJ Dan, Crystal Method, and Christopher Lawrence. Other notable djs she's played with are DJ Rap, DJ Irene, Lee Coombs, Andy Moor, The Littlemen, Hector Morales & tons more!

Jamie has also been a featured guest on a variety of radio shows around the world -- across the US, Europe and South America. She has also produced and hosted a weekly radio show "Love Our House" (which, by 2006, had evolved into a weekly live event in the San Francisco Bay Area). With a diverse taste in music, she is a classically trained violinist, has a 2 1/2 octave vocal range, and still picks up her guitar from time to time. In addition to her obsession with electronic music, Jamie has a habit of collecting unusual instruments from all over the globe (such as the mud-baked flute from Taiwan). Be sure to keep an ear out for her tunes and check out her artwork!
